Terms & Conditions
Lessons are booked through the booking system on the website or by direct contact. A booking is considered confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation by email. By booking a lesson, you agree to these general terms and conditions.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or where the student fails to attend without notice, will be charged at the full price. Cancellations are made by email or through the booking system.
Payment is made by invoice or Swish after the lesson has been completed, unless otherwise agreed. The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date. A reminder fee will be charged for late payments.
Teaching is based on the pedagogue's professional judgement and experience. Results vary depending on individual circumstances and practice. The pedagogue is not liable for any injury that may arise from incorrect or excessive voice use outside of lesson time.
